Ability to turn off programs in Windows 7

It looks like users will have the option to fully turn off programs or features in the final version of Windows 7. This will be huge for those of us running computers or Ultra Mobile PCs that don't have all the processing power or memory of a full blown computer.

Turning off Bluetooth, the Windows Media Center or even the Windows Indexing service could greatly enhance the speed and performance of an Ultra Mobile PC.
